By accessing or using TradeLikeMark ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and members.

TradeLikeMark is an educational content platform providing market outlooks, trading journal entries, strategy documentation, video courses, and community access. All content is created and published by Trade Like Mark for educational purposes only.

All content published on TradeLikeMark — including outlooks, journal entries, strategies, course material, and community messages — is strictly educational and reflects personal trading experience. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Membership grants access to premium content and features as described on the Membership page. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are displayed in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.

Due to the digital nature of the content, we generally do not offer refunds after a billing period has commenced. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@tradelikemark.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case individually.

All content on TradeLikeMark — including text, charts, videos, course materials, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Trade Like Mark. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or sell any content from this platform without explicit written permission. Sharing login credentials or providing access to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute any premium content

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other community members

• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content

• Impersonate Trade Like Mark or any other person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trade Like Mark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any content published here. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia.
